Seriously, after this retreat, I kind of missed girl guides. ):
Hahaha, the 3 Days 2 Night "camp" was pretty awesome, I can say. Hahaha, during the night, we spent like almost 15 minutes killing cockroaches, and then whenever a cockroach appears, you can see everyone screaming and jumping onto something high. HAHAHA, and the sleeping part was pretty fun, it was damn cramp, as a result it was either smelling of other people's feet, or rolling up like a ball. HAHA! Some of them even recorded those people who snored luh!! Totally LOL man. HHAHHA and the session with Mr Pras was super funny! He was super good in jokes can! And his ghost stories was not scary at all. HAHA! We even had a first impression game with him, and the whole session was great. (: Had night cycling, which was totally my first time. It was damn scary can! Narrow pavements, so many obstacles, so many sharp turns etc. I banged onto obstacles for like more than 5 times, and I tell myself for next year's night cycling, I'm so gonna rent a double bike, and I'm gonna sit behind. Not gonna control the bike myself. LOL, too scary.
But in IG, everything is just like stricter than what it is in GG, multiply by 2. Through this retreat, the debriefs were harsh, critisms everywhere, every flaws from us were just threw out by the main comms. No encouragements, only critisms. It was our first time planning for games and BBQ, we planned as how we planned in the past, but it seemed to be a totally wrong way of planning. They're many feedbacks, too much to say. The debrief was more than an hour long, critisms were thrown to us when we were at our most tiring and sleepy period of time. Am I disappointed? Not really. But am I disheartened? Yea. But overall, we were aware of what we did wrong, so we'll learn and change ourselves in the future. We now know the standard we've to give for IG, so we'll do our 101% best in the future. I've thrown all the unhappiness in the chalet, and brought all the learning issues home with me. :D
明天会更好!!
